ABOUT ROSEMARIE
Rosemarie is currently in her last phase of completing her Doctorate of Education degree inCommunity Care and Counseling, specializing in marriage and family counseling, and is under the supervision of Alicia Day, MS, LPC, ACS. Rosemarie has experience working with adolescents, families, and couples, helping them to navigate through various life cycle transitions. During her time working as a family/school counselor intern at a public school, she counseled students and families individually and in groups, helping them to develop strategies tonavigate the life challenges. She also helped create and manage the crisis intervention center to aid in identifying students’ and families’ immediate concerns and needs.
APPROACH TO THERAPY
Rosemarie’s theoretical approach is eclectic, utilizing multiple modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person centered therapy (PCT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) to address clients’ specific needs.
FUN FACTS
Rosemarie enjoys spending time with her husband and four children watching movies, playing board games, and swimming. Aside from spending time with family she also enjoys spending time drawing and listening to music.
