Yoga mats and blocks are available in the studio, but availability is limited. We recommend bringing your own mat if you have one. Please also bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move with ease.

Pre-registration is encouraged, as classes are capped at 12 participants. If there are no sign-ups one hour before class, it will be canceled. Registering ahead helps secure your spot.

Not at all. You don’t need to be flexible to practice yoga—flexibility is something that can develop over time. Our classes are designed to meet you where you are, with clear guidance and options so you can move in a way that feels supportive for your body. Whether it’s your first class or your first time back in a while, you’re welcome exactly as you are.

A dynamic, breath-led flow linking movement and posture to build strength, flexibility, and focus in a steady, energizing rhythm.

Sunrise Yoga Series
Energize your mornings with our 5-week Sunrise Yoga Series, a gentle 50-minute flow to awaken body and mind and prepare you for the day ahead.
