Sometimes we all just need a safe place to talk. Since COVID-19 we have seen a spike in social anxiety, work related stress, stress related to parenting, etc. Talk therapy and other psychological approaches can be utilized to help minimize stress or make the stressors more manageable. No problem is too big or small to discuss in a session and that is why each appointment is personalized. Psychotherapy is proven to be beneficial for our mental health, despite the presenting problem.
