ABOUT ALEJANDRA
Alejandra is a compassionate and dedicated social work intern working towards her Master’s degree in Social Work at Monmouth University. With a strong foundation in therapeutic practice, Alejandra has gained valuable experience working with diverse populations, including individuals struggling with substance use, those coping with grief, clients seeking one-on-one therapy, as well as providing crisis intervention and case management services. Alejandra brings a well-rounded skill set to her work with clients facing a range of challenges.
APPROACH TO THERAPY
Alejandra is known for her warm, personable, and empathetic approach, fostering a safe and supportive environment for her clients. Her goal is to create a space where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered, enabling them to develop the necessary tools to navigate and heal from life's challenges, both current and past. Whether helping clients manage stress, process trauma, or simply cope with the pressures of daily life, Alejandra is deeply committed to guiding individuals toward growth, resilience, emotional well-being, and overall wholeness. Through her education and practical experience, Alejandra is working towards becoming a licensed clinical social worker, dedicated to supporting others on their journeys toward healing and self-discovery.

In her spare time, Alejandra loves to spend time with her family and loved ones, she enjoys reading, and is currently learning Italian. Alejandra’s go to music is always Disney Hits and 90’s-2000’s R&B hits.
